Hi. I'm Issy
I grew up in an abusive, dysfunctional home and went on to spend the better part of my teenage years & 20s jumping from toxic relationship to toxic relationship.
Even though I had been doing talk therapy on and off since I was 16, for over a decade I simply could not break my pattern of attracting narcissists, toxic situationships & abusive relationships. I would literally leave my therapists office just to text whatever emotionally unavailable guy I was dating at the time. I woke up every day already exhausted & feeling weighed down by the constant flashbacks. Happiness honestly felt unattainable to me.
I had been interested in inner healing & spirituality from a young age. I even got my Bachelor's Degree in Religious Studies! But it wasn't until 2018, after a particularly bad breakup that I got really, really serious about healing my trauma, understanding my relationship patterns & elevating my spiritual gifts.
It wasn't talk therapy that helped me heal my deep wounds & change my life. It was the spiritual work I was doing with energy healers. It was Theta Healing. It was hypnotherapy. It was subconscious reprogramming. It was dancing through my shame. It was activating my Divine Feminine powers.
Inner work, trauma healing & awakening my spiritual powers became my obsession. My outer reality began to rapidly change. My financial situation improved. I got my certified in Theta Healing. I spent all of my free time at the pool reading books about spirituality, relationship patterns, manifestation, & trauma healing. I spent thousands of dollars a year working with coaches, hypnotherapists & energy healers. I deepened my relationship with the Universe & learned how to co-create together.
Since then I have only deepened my commitment to this path. I've manifested moving to Mexico & luxury travel around the world. Multi six figure income. Two incredible business that allow me to live my purpose. My soulmate relationship. Our beautiful daughter. I no longer feel heavy & depressed when I wake up in the morning. I feel energized, fulfilled & excited because each morning I wake up in my dream life. Every day I wake up & say to the Universe, ¨What are we creating together today?¨
I no longer feel resentful towards the traumas I went through or terrified of what life may bring. I know that my traumas were initiations into my Divine Feminine power.
